His experience spans growth, commercial strategy, and full P&L ownership, with a track record of building and leading cross-functional teams across Southeast Asia. He started his career at Simon-Kucher & Partners, specialising in pricing and commercial strategy.

Duri has an extensive background in direct-to-consumer and e-commerce. He is currently the co-Founder and CEO of AVEA, a leading dietary supplements brand with strong presence in Europe and China. Previously served as the Co-CEO of Indonesia's formerly largest e-commerce marketplace Lazada and was an integral part of its acquisition by Alibaba. He also co-founded and led Mama's Choice, a prominent D2C brand for mothers and babies in Southeast Asia.
